The Northeast Philadelphia airport is situated on 1150 acres in the northeast part of the City of Philadelphia, PNE is Pennsylvania’s third busiest airport, providing “on call” US Customs, Immigrations and United States Department of Agriculture services to corporate international travel. The Airport averages 215-based aircraft, dominated by single engine aircraft, plus twins, jets, turboprops and helicopters.
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Campaign Project Manager to oversee marketing projects that align with the airport's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships, ensuring timely execution and consistent branding. They will work collaboratively across divisions, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance PHL’s brand reputation, passenger experience, and community engagement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with PHL’s strategic initiatives, objectives and timelines.
Work with the in-house creative team on the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with PHL’s brand standards.
Campaign Execution
Cross Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate closely with other airport departments (e.g., Communications, Operations, Guest Experience, Air Service Development, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts support enterprise-wide initiatives, including community relations and strategic partnerships.
Data and Reporting
Track and report on campaign and project outcomes, including metrics from social media, marketing campaigns, and partner engagement efforts.
