Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Specialist you will support the On-Premise team in executing sales initiatives, event activations, and ad-hoc account support. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting distributor representatives across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in merchandising efforts at key accounts, ensuring brand presence, and proper product displays.
Drop off supplies, samples, and point-of-sale materials to accounts as needed.
Lead the execution of promotional events from start to finish, ensuring brand representation and consumer engagement.
Collaborate closely with area sales managers, state managers, and distributors to ensure smooth product distribution and support.
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Stateside Brands at all events and activations.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21, with a valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to lift and transport cases of product and POS materials.
Comfortable working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the alcohol industry and brand-building.

RAMP certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the alcohol industry, sales, or event marketing is a plus.
Previous experience working with distributors or in merchandising roles.
Military experience is a plus.

Compensation

Estimated Base Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 USD.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
