The Role: Your Mission
As a Sales Executive, you aren't just selling ad space, you’re selling solutions & growth. You will identify local businesses, HR departments, and recruitment agencies that need a more targeted, community-focused alternative to the "big box" national job sites.
- Own the Region: Identify and close new business opportunities within the Greater Philadelphia area.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique hiring pain points of local businesses and position Philly Hired as the solution.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and business owners.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Philly Hired at local networking events, mixers, and industry meetups.
