- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely resolution, maintain compliance with organizational standards, and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, IT, finance, and business units—to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and optimization. Responsibilities include facilitating root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Establish and update best practices for integration design, implementation, and maintenance to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate integrated testing strategies that validate system functionality. Develops detailed test plans outlining objectives, scope, test cases, and success criteria.

- Conduct comprehensive analysis with the application teams to review existing workflows for new optimization efforts. Develop actionable recommendations to enhance interoperability, including standardizing protocols and aligning workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years Related work experience
- Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
- EPIC Application Certification plus one additional Primary or Secondary EPIC Certification
- Large Project Management
- Integrated Systems Architecture Planning, Development and Implementation
- Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Triaging On-call/DR/BC
- Budget management
- EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare or related field
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare or related field
- 4 years Direct Epic build on current software version or
- 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination blend of Information Services and direct healthcare experience.
